(San Francisco, CA)- During this year's Spinnaker Cup, if you recall, Andy Costello's DOUBLE TROUBLE pulled off three consecutive Spinnaker cup Overall Victories 2010-2011-2012. The 2012 Race had over 30 knots of breeze for the upwind portion and the downwind portion consisted of high teens to mid-twenties for windspeed.
